Cancellation before 7 days of check-in: Full refund.
Cancellation within 7 days of check-in or no-show: 100% charge applies.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out may attract additional charges and depends on room availability.
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
Outside food and alcohol are strictly not permitted.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
Any damage to resort property will be charged as applicable.
Pets are allowed only with prior permission from the resort.
Safari bookings depend on forest department rules and availability.
The resort is not responsible for cancellations caused by weather, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances.
The resort is not liable for:
Loss or damage to guest belongings.
Any personal injury during the stay or activities.
Unforeseen events such as natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
